Our customer service team is available to speak with customers in 14 different languages to provide the right service to each customer. To ensure quality, we offer in-house translators and labeling experts who are knowledgeable about local regulations in more than 80 countries. We conduct product lab tests using reputable parties such as SGS and Eurofins and have a quality policy based on FSCC 22000, which is audited by Normec Group. Our policy for approving suppliers and products is based on certified QMSs (Quality Management Systems) and we have a strict policy against modern slavery for which we use our labor standards for every supplier.
